It just seems obvious to me that the highest rating shows are TV talent shows so why not have something like 'How to solve a problem like Eurovision' and get a series of professional singers with some good songs!?! it would be a win win situation. good ratings for weeks on end for the BBC, a good singer, a good song and no embarassment for the UK in Yerevan/Erevan (:P)

 

this year we're sort of halfway there. We have a good singer but we lack a good song, whereas The Revelations had a good song but they were far from great live singers...

The sooner the BBC realise we need a reality TV show to find our participant the better. -_- Saying that though... 'You're a Star' didn't really do much for Ireland!

or Operacion whatever it is for Spain! we just need a more imaginative song selection process :(
