Posted May 7, 200817 yr ok finally some demos for the new album have leaked they are 1- 'I Wanna Live A Dream (In My Record Machine)' :wub: :wub: :wub: :wub: 2- Stop the clocks 3- Nothing on me available on youtube . these are demos some could end up as b-sides or make the album. but 'I Wanna Live A Dream (In My Record Machine)' is havent it man!!! :cheer:
May 8, 200817 yr I am dissapointed with Stop The Clocks. I know it is a demo but how does Noel think this might be the best song he has ever written? Nothing On Me is ok, and I wanna live a Dream has alot of potential :D
May 8, 200817 yr Author yes he hyped it so much. however these are demos from early 2005... and possibly some of these 3 songs will not even make the album.
May 12, 200817 yr "stop the clocks" is such a beautiful song.definitely one of his greatest post be here now era songs. i cant wait to hear its final form.i hope for a more psychedelic one.i dunno.love it at the moment.i hope to make it in their new album. "nothin on me" should be faster n harder.some special effects n pedals n noises could work fine for me... "record machine" needs more work...its gettin better from 3:10+ min these songs with the right direction from the band could end up as class A material...with the wrong probably as "standing on the shoulder of giants" stuff...
