May 23, 200817 yr Author We don't actually know that better songs were available but were left off X...These are all we've heard: *Cherry Bomb - I would've included this, it's above B-side material *Rippin' Up The Disco - I would've included this without a doubt *King Or Queen - Could've been on the album - not GREAT but still very good *Lose Control - Well this is obviously fabulous, but it's another straight cover of a Kish Mauve demo so I imagine Kylie didn't want to be accused of extreme laziness. I would've included it on X, though. *Do It Again - Just a b-side, nothing more *Carried Away - Snap *I Don't Know What It Is - Would stick out like a sore thumb on the album, and just good b-side quality really *Spell Of Desire/The other Mylo one - Absolutely bland, awful *White Diamond - The live edit is a huge fan fave but the ballad version isn't half as good; who knows what the studio uptempo is like *Magnetic Electric - Bonus track-type material - I wouldn't have included it on X *Ruffle My Feathers/Flower/That's Why They Write Love Songs/Into The Light - All only heard so far in LQ from the X2008 tour, so no way of knowing how good they really are in studio form *Fall For You - A Biffco production which many a fan seems to love - I personally think the crazy beats would need modifying, and then I'd be inclined to use it as a b-side or bonus track *Boombox - Is this from the X era or earlier? Different people seem to know differently. I'd say it probably has some potential given it's use on the tour as well; perhaps one day we'll get to hear the rumoured Speakerphone/Boombox mash-up? Have I left any out? Basically imo of the leftover X session songs we've heard in studio format and decent quality, only 3 or 4 should've been included on X...
May 23, 200817 yr Author from what i hear many left off the album are better than some which were left on. My reply was a direct reply to that, and so it was not off-topic in the slightest. Chill.
