May 20, 200817 yr Has Charlotte Perrelli got through? Tune in on Thursday to find out. Delayed reaction for me but I just realised Moldova didn't make it either. :(
May 20, 200817 yr well the opening 2 songs are dull and boring for saturday night i can see all the big 4 coming bottom 4 as all the songs are weak sweden and greece are definite top5 i thinkif not one of them winning
May 20, 200817 yr I don't think it matters as much this year whether you perform early or late as it has before since twenty of the final songs have gone through the semifinals and people have heard the full songs before the final and have decided about their favourites. I think it is only screwey for the direct finalists to perform early but since all direct finalists are c**p (thou Serbia no doubt will do well) it really doesn't make much difference even for them. May 21, 200817 yr Armenia - #5 Not great for this, and she was pretty bad live tonight. Can't see this winning anymore. yea i noticed that she struggled
May 21, 200817 yr And i SEE Armenia winning, not maybe winning but finishing top 5 - is most likely. :yahoo: Russia again before the last  Poor Israel :( I'm gonna cry. Same for B&H *cries*
May 21, 200817 yr so chuffed with Norway performing last, I would love it to finish in the top ten, and it now has the best possible chance to do so...not overly happy at Russia performing 2nd to last though
May 21, 200817 yr Israel could do very well atch, look at who they're between :o It'll stand out methinks! ^_^
May 21, 200817 yr just writing my chart midweeks and Maria is edging dangerously close to Charlotte after her incredible performance last night
May 21, 200817 yr For Russia to win he needs to sort out his out of key sharp vocals from the Semi Final performance. I think Norway have a real chance of a Top 5 finish now. Am I the only one hoping for the UK to get 0 points (although I think the Irish will gives us some points) because our song is a total embarrassment of blandness?
May 21, 200817 yr Am I the only one hoping for the UK to get 0 points (although I think the Irish will gives us some points) because our song is a total embarrassment of blandness? I'm hoping we get nul, but then again also hoping we don't. Nul points can only ever receive two responses - either it will send a message out that things need to change...or the country will be too proud to admit it's any fault of their own and withdraw. Going from the BBC's track record, I'm certain another nul would lead to the latter...
May 21, 200817 yr I don't want Andy to get nul really, I always support the UK no matter how awful the song is...however, I'd rather he had nul points than three points
May 21, 200817 yr Israel could do very well atch, look at who they're between :o It'll stand out methinks! ^_^ Bosnia&Herzegovina will stand out more imo :o
May 21, 200817 yr Everyone who thinks that Russia hasn't bought this year's contest is out of his mind. :)
May 21, 200817 yr Hm typical, the most likely to win song gets the best position. How is second last better than last? (Which I actually like - after Bulgaria, Norway's my favourite this year.)
May 21, 200817 yr I know people are rooting for Iceland and Sweden, but after yesterday's SHOCK semi-final, I can't see it being too promising. 01 Iceland 02 Sweden 03 Turkey 04 Ukraine 05 Lithuania 06 Albania 07 Switzerland 08 Czech Republic 09 Belarus 10 Latvia 11 Croatia 12 Bulgaria 13 Denmark 14 Georgia 15 Hungary 16 Malta 17 Cyprus 18 F.Y.R. Macedonia 19 Portugal The bold are who I think will get through. Only 1 Western country got in to the final yesterday. That was Norway. (Are Finland considered "West"?) I can only see Sweden OR Iceland and Switzerland being the other Western countries. So, shall we prepare for yet ANOTHER Easternvision?
May 21, 200817 yr I still can't see who would vote for the Croatian song...unless they are taking pity on the old man
May 21, 200817 yr How is second last better than last? (Which I actually like - after Bulgaria, Norway's my favourite this year.) Further down I actually said I thought there was only 24 countries participating.
