- Rodney Jerkins who has just came back from L.A. stated she has worked/will be working with Anastacia. Unsure wether it's new material, however he's never worked with Anastacia before.

A few days ago I was watching this portuguese tv show and one of the guests was a portuguese girl who won this years Voice of McDonald's competition! Its a worldwide competition amongst McDonald's workers to find the best voice!

She was given the chance to record a demo with producer Rodney Jerkins! She came back from LA and did the interview the day after! When the interviewer asked her who Rodney was she said he was a great producer who has worked with artists such as Beyoncé and Anastacia!

I did not know about this... maybe they have worked together for the next album or something!

Well for me,

 

I wouldn't mind if she done trance/dance/club/D&B music. She obviously won't, but the Nu Soul DnB Why'd You Lie To Me Remix is better then the original myself imo.

And what is different? Anastacia's never different. The 'Anastacia' album was this big over-produced commercial-radio friendly album.

But it's right there, ^ the genre is still overall 'Pop'.

but that's still different, right? it's not all the same, each album sounds completely different which is the main thing and what people care about, the vibe plays a big part.

Pop is a very broad genre. Britney is pop aswell, but you can't compare her and Ana.

And on NTK, I wouldn't really say Blues, but Soul.

But all her albums have been totally different.

What I mean from different, is that I wan't her to move completely AWAY from this commercial pop/rock genre she sticks to. When I heard about the acoustic/electronic album I was real pleased, it's something alternative, not radio friendly.

One more chance is a ballad lol

I want Anastacia doing some form of rock.

I would hate to see her doing rave, rap or electrc stuff because I know it would sound awful like it does.

I would love to have her continue to do sprock but this time more up beat songs like Sexy Single.

However, the style of music does not depend on what we say it depends on what Anastacia says and I taped Anastacia's top 10 videos back in to 2005, she says in it she wants to continue that vain of music having songs like "Left Outside Alone". So Josh I wouldn't get your hopes up!
