Aerosmith (esp. Steven Tyler) have been said to of been heavily influenced by The Beatles, (which REAL band hasn't?), and to date have recorded 3 Beatles covers in the studio.

 

Each cover is very different from eachother.

 

Come Together is a hard, gritty, almost metal cover, which clashes against the hard rock-orientaited 50's/60's blues Rock n Roll sounding I'm Down. And then there's the typical loud screaming version of Helter Skelter.

 

So which one is your favourite?

I voted Come Together. It's the only Beatles cover that I think is better than the original.

 

I love the whole dark-edged rawness they bring to the track.

Come Together for me as well.
