Just something I was wandering- Do you think we would have got more then 14 points if Michelle Gayle won instead of Andy?

Maybe, but I don;t think any of the songs would've broken the 20 point barrier.

Not a great deal better, maybe about 25 points. Simona would've done a bit better had we sent her, and I think the Revelations may have got above 50.

Michelle Gayle would have probably got 18 - 25 points.

 

To be honest (unlike last year, when we threw away the brilliant Cyndi track), there was nothing special amongst the last six UK songs.

 

Simona would probably have done best, as it would have picked up some points from Eastern Europe, but I don't think that would have gained more than 40 - 50 points.

 

Whilst the Revelations would have picked up a similar amount of points (30 - 40) from Western European countries if they sorted out their vocals (or got replaced by the Pipettes :lol:)

I don't think any of the six would have gone top 20...The Revelations' vocals were too poor and the other five songs were too weak...

 

I'm begging the BBC to find good songs next year...I would point towards the success of Melodifestivalen for Sweden but The Ark and Charlotte Perrelli hardly lit up the scoreboard did they :heehee:

 

Sweden should have listened to their public...Sanna Nielsen would have come higher, although probably not top 10...Rongedal's Just A Minute or BWO's Lay Your Love On Me could easily have finished top ten for Sweden

i dont think michelle gayle would have feared much better but she may have got mor ethan 14 points

 

cyndi may have done well last year but i though scooch were great
