are there any other tracks that youve since discovered are covers?... 'bank robber' for eg was originally by the bobby fuller 4... covered by the clash.

I never knew that One Step Beyond was a cover until I read TiP's post in the reggae album thread.

I knew that it was written by Ray Davies, got it on a Kinks CD somewhere.

 

He also wrote David Watts which was a big hit for the Jam.
