June 2, 200619 yr thank god he don't compare with westlife... Exactly, thank GOD he's much better. :yahoo:
June 3, 200619 yr mmmmmm He would said: "Shayne Ward is much more talented than my boyband Westlife and I believe he will continue and become more successfull than they were". And the next day would say: "I will never forget the Westlife boys, they are my best artist ever and they have another 3-4 years to spent at the top. I have plans for them and I doubt anyone in the future will achieve what they achieved.
June 5, 200619 yr Just heard "Stand by me" on the X factor and he even sang it live (very well) :o Anyway, i think it's samey and boring
June 5, 200619 yr I heard it, its okay but it might be another grower. Top 5 definitely despite everything.
June 5, 200619 yr Please tell me it is'nt a cover of the timeless classic "Stand by me" Nope its not, just heard it on celebrity X-Factor, its pants I was really hoping for an upbeat track this time round, but its another ballad
June 5, 200619 yr its a good song but too samey to previous singles he sung live on x factor and was brill though!

June 6, 200619 yr Is it just me or does it use the backing track from R Kelly's If I could turn back the hands of time lol
June 6, 200619 yr I saw this mushy tune-free bilge on XFactor last night, where Shayne quite clearly struggled with the song throughout- he barely kept in tune throug the whole thing, and only just managed the last note. Another ballad, another pile of absolute slush. He should be totally embarrassed to be standing there singing such tosh.... but the lad's obviously bordering on simple, so I suppose we should just watch and smile. Even the girlie kids who bought the last two singles (and the partially deaf old bags) must surely be wrinkling their noses at this substandard rubbish. Edited June 6, 200619 yr by russt68

June 7, 200619 yr Oh and what did everyone think about them saying Shayne has sold "3 million records!" Surely that's not true?
June 7, 200619 yr Oh and what did everyone think about them saying Shayne has sold "3 million records!" Surely that's not true? Most definatly not  1.1 million of That's My Goal 175,000 of No Promises about 350,000 albums Simon is clearly deluded
June 7, 200619 yr And I doubt he has sold 1.4 million in Ireland   No way, infact i doubt he has even sold 100k over here
June 7, 200619 yr Ouch :o meow! and anyway, the song is the same as the last. Boring, c**p, something you would throw in the bin, and thats what will happen. His contract will be set to flames once everyone realises that they are buying the same ballad over and over again And shayne wont ever last as long as Will Young!
June 7, 200619 yr And shayne wont ever last as long as Will Young! Not unless he diversifies and even then I fear he is a one trick pony - all ballads. Poor Shayne! :(
