June 6, 200817 yr 'Heartbreak Make Me A Dancer' is starting to grow on me, where 'Off And On' is wearing off a little bit.
June 6, 200817 yr Yeh I think on first listens neither song particularly stood out but I must say I'm really liking 'Heartbreak..' definately worth a second, third or fourth listen if you haven't got into them yet ;-)
June 10, 200817 yr Heartbreak is the better. Both are bad. I think Sophie should take an excetutive decision here.
June 10, 200817 yr Yeah, I don't think either of these would do at all well for her if they were released as singles. I hope she has some better stuff to release and keeps these as album tracks.
July 10, 200817 yr How can someone remix the song they produced? Freemasons did it with Kylie's 'The One', so it is entirely possible.
July 11, 200817 yr Here I am on a rare SEB forum visit :o I think both songs are great - I prefer Heartbreak... out of the two though.
July 12, 200817 yr Theres a calvin harris remix of Off & On thats leaked. looks more and more likely that Off & On will be the single i feel
July 12, 200817 yr I don't think 'Off And On' would make a good single. This lead single is CRUCIAL for her, she needs it to be a success and 'Off And On' is basically an inferior 'In My Arms'. 'Heartbreak...' however is something that isn't typical of what we'd expect from Sophie, it's dancy and would work well on the dancefloor as well as on radio, and Freemasons are hot property right now. It's also immensely catchy and has an anthemic chorus. I'm thinking that would be a wise choice for the single.
July 12, 200817 yr me too and your right it is crucial i would like a remix of it too since we got an off and on remix i can imagine hearing heartbreak on the radio when i am in art at school
July 15, 200817 yr Author I don't think either of the songs would be great singles to release first tbh :( none of them scream hit single
