That's sensible, Sue. Negative thoughts help no one.

Unless ofcourse, the negative choice is preferable........ it won't rain tomorrow, the roof won't leak again, etc.

 

Though you could have positive thoughts about a negative possibility...............

I would just be positive, BT then, if it did rain, and your roof did leak you couold be positive that it was and that you didn't want it to.

I'm sipping my after dinner coffee from my GWTW mug.......... nice shape, lovely slim rim and cleverly designed artwork ...............but I still regret there wasn't one single item of memorabilia with Jill or Darius, not even a keyring!

Darius was surprised that some people didn't buy things for that reason.

I bought a mug as well, but like you, I was really disappointed there wasn't something special to them. Sue

'Fraid I didn't even bother with a mug. I had looked forward to a big, well-illustrated souvenir programme..................

I was looking forward to a cd.

aww, I bought two mugs..have to say I havent used either, as tey are in my cabinate where all my precious ornaments are..I couldnt bear to chip them, they are lovely mugs, would have been better to have that stunning picture of darius they used oin the buses etc on the mugs though!

It would jhave been nice. I'd have liked the poster to have Darius and Jill on as well.

That's lovely. I'm just so glad we got to see it. Some just couldn't re arrrange the date thay had already booked for.

I hope we get the opportunity to get more things next year.

I'm just hoping that we get a live performance this side of the pond. A film won't seem the same.

I agree. Hopwever good a film is, it's not like a live show.

It's hard when we want him to have every success but although one success lead to another greater one, each consecutive one seems to take him further away from what we'd really want - Darius touring his new songs in the UK.

 

After his amazing progress as an actor this year, can we begrudge him looking at acting without singing as a career option?
