June 1 , 2008 Tickets for Celine's special concert to celebrate Quebec's 400th birthday are now available through various partners until August 15! 50,000 pairs of FREE tickets are being given away for 'Céline Dion & Co. on the Plains', which will take place on August 22, 2008 on the Plains of Abraham in Quebec City! This event is free, however fans must have a ticket to attend the concert on site. These tickets, exclusively available through one of the partners, cannot be purchased.
