Why Are you tube Videos Turning to low quality?

 

it was way better back when u could decide the quality for the videos u want to watch...

Um, this isn't really something that can be fixed on the forum. On some YouTube videos, underneath it does say watch in high quality. But if they don't, you've just got to deal with it.
