Posted June 8, 200817 yr In my life i've done so many crazy things for Kylie (besides buying all her albums and singles and re-releases and remix albums and DVD's etc...) 1. in 2005 i went from Beirut, Lebanon to London to watch her Showgirl concert. i paid 2000 pounds for the trip (incl.hotel) and i paid 180 pounds for front tickets at her concert . I've watched that concert 4 times in a row at Earls Court!!!! 2.The past month, the airport was closed in Lebanon because of a war that was going on in Beirut between Hezbollah and the Hariri militants. still i managed to go to Cyprus on May 18th by boat which took 5 hours at least then went by plane from Cyprus to Istanbul to watch her on May 20th. i'm going to Amsterdam to watch her live on June 23rd. and i'm going to London in late July to watch her again at the O2. :yahoo: Does that make me :w00t: crazy enough or what??? June 8, 200817 yr i did a huge radio campaign about 10 years ago i had been ill for a while and off work for a while so one night i requested a kylie song on 2fm(was then the most listened to radio station in ireland) THE DJ READ MY REQUEST BUT SAID HE WUDNT play kylie as she is a has been and that she cudnt teach her granny how to suck eggs i was so mad i e mailed aload of kylie sights got everyone i knew with e mail at the time to send request to that dj every night requesting kylie plus i set up a load of e mail accounts myself and kept requesting kylie it took him over a week to give and he said he cudnt understand the huge kylie interest(it was the ip era when she wasnt popular) THEN TO ADD TO IT I USE DTO E MAIL EVERY DJ ON THE STATION REQUESTING kylie,,,,they never played IP material but they layed the old songs,,i have it all recorded and still have alot of the requests on 60 min blank tapes for me it was a case of been loyal as just because kylie wasnt selling as well as usual i was not going to turn my back on her,,,for me this is what i call dedication for myself as sometime sits not about buying everything its a case of defending her at times

June 9, 200817 yr Author i'm not saying big mistake is obsessive i am pointing out that some fans go too far in trying to prove they are her no.1 fan and they should not bother as a no.1 fan would not do that. i'm not trying to prove anything :blink: ... i just happen to adore Kylie and i enjoy watching her lovely shows even more than twice.... i'm not weird or obsessive but i really enjoy watching her live and listening to her music. She deserves worldwide pop queen status (she achieved that already except in the US maybe) not only because she has great songs, but also because she's a very honest and modest person. She's amazing and i try 2 support her in every way i can. Eg: i convinced my friends to buy her 'X' album and her 'White Diamond' DVD......and i try to ptomote her music in everyway that i can...

June 9, 200817 yr right i am getting annoyed here :angry: i am NOT calling anyone here names or am i saynig anyone here is wierdos all i am saying is that its fien to have all her music and concerts and to see all her shows or whatever anyone here has posted but SOME PEOPLE IN THE WORLD take being a fan waaaaaay too far and it is THEM who i am calling names because i think that they are crossing a line. so there. if people still dont read this and stop having a go at me then i will just post elsewhere and be dowen with it
