I used to love the Simpsons and it still has great memories for me but those brillaint episodes I grew up watching I've now seen laods of times and the new episodes just don't cut it.

 

So I voted Family Guy as it is hilarious.

 

true but then again I never have and never will watch family guy, on far too late for me so by default it is the simpsons for me

the simpsons of course homer simpson is a tv icon!

The Simpsons until 1995 or so is still loads better than Family Guy. But all episodes after that are miles below. So, a mixture really.

I much prefer the Simpsons - its all good clean fun and many of the jokes are adult friendly (because the kids wouldn't understand them). Perhaps the vote should be

I voted family guy. Although simpsons are good i think its finally got to the point with me where i find out over repeated episodes very boring. The newer simpsons are good but overall i think family guy is better because of the adult humour!! :)

I voted Family Guy - it was Simpsons for a long time for me, but I recenetly REALLY got into Family Guy. That said, I think they have both decreased in quality story-wise.

i too struggle to 'get' family guy.... the talking dog? :huh: the psychopathic baby ? :huh: however there are some classically funny bits in family guy . the simpsons are better but maybe tired... and i too am SICK of the same repeats especially ch4 @ 6pm :angry:

The Sky1 ones are just as bad, but I think it's being moved to Sky2 now :cheer: (Though they'll probably replace it with Malcolm In The Middle :manson:)

I love both shows but new episodes of Simpsons are not so funny so i voted for Family Guy

Family Guy any day..I have season 1 through 7 on DVD and never gets bored of it.

Both are my favorite shows.. But if have to choose one show, I will go with Family Guy...

The Simpsons hands down. Family Guy is hideously overrated.
