I still have to hear from Rivandia, Utopia and Leonville. We aren't going to hear from Rivandia. Utopia are voting between 6 and 7, provided RFC doesn't forget. I have no idea about Leonville though, I PMed them last night but I don't think they've been about.

I see that the two of the three that I expect to vote are/were browsing this topic too. To be honest I didn't have to do that much rounding up, there were only a few people that might not have voted without the PM.
