I do love a beautifully presented patisserie window. I can never resist going inside.

I was reading Joanne Harris's The Lollipop Shoes (the follow up to Chocolat) recently and I could see it all in my mind as clear as any film.

Go as early as you can when the window is fully stocked - it looks beautiful. There are other cake shops but they just aren't in the same league.

I should be clearing the table of pc and papers, books, cds etc as we're having a family tea.

Just not sure where to put them all :(

Then the dogs must be walked and Stuart wants to go shopping with me.....why?!?

So you can buy him something? Always works with my kids. I'm having trouble finding places to put things. I may just give up and go and get a coffee at nero's.

The most wonderful shopwindow displays I have ever seen were in Bruges just before Easter. The

chocolate shops all vie with one another to put on the best display. ( Advice to Meg, stay well away).

I'm supposed to be changing my villa calendar

We've just booked flights for June/July to take Neil and Anna to Florida after their exams have finished.

They got the last 2 seats together...there were about 4 singles dotted around :o

I will now go and watch whatever Mum's watching on TV. I don't know how I can put up with the excitement.
