Has anyone heard about their campaign to make all workplaces get a license if there are more than one employee listening to the radio at work, or if the public can hear it. It was on the BBC this week and GMTV.

The cost can be quite large if you have lots of employees, as they multiply the number of employees by the hours they work, by a cost, and it could be a few hundred pounds per year.

I thought that Radio stations already paid royalties to the PRS, so this is an additional payment.

There is currently a court case involving Kwik Fit tyre fitters, who are being chased for a huge amount.

Most people are ignorant of the laws in this area.

It appears they contact your Company, and visit and then tell you to get a license or else.

Anyone know anything more about this, or the legal position?
