Well I am expecting or would like to hear his MT range as i n GWTW because his deep base was a surprise and I do prefer that to falsetto, however I also like the demos we have heard but would like his true voice to come through so people who didnt see GWTW realise he doies have a great voice which to me I feel was adapted to some extent for the pop songs and didnt come through, although a glimmer did in resolution.Just my opinion.

Some of my favorite tracks of his have been in the higher register so, I'd like to see all his range. Less dressing and production would be nice though.

If we knew which producers/songwriters he'd collaborated with, we'd have more of a clue but when that guy wants to stay stumm, no amount of prodding will get anything out of him.

 

I still think he should have put the demos on his social networking sites.

Totally agree baytree. We seem to find in anything associated with D a distinct lack of PR. The same applies to the songs on myspace, when first appearing there were loads of people commenting, now they have been there so long, people hve drifted off.I dont understand the lack of forsight for anything connected with PR.

These are the songs they want people to hear. That's the way it goes. I wish we could have different songs on .net for us to hear though.

Would you believe an album being released at the end of September is already being made available to the media with a six track promo CD? I've never known that to happen so early, have you? Talk about the hard sell!

 

I've never known such a tactic be used for any Darius albums, other than the release of the debut single to radio etc. Correct me if I'm wrong, please.
