June 26, 200817 yr Only just noticed Madonna's drop out of the top 20. :kink: ha....go leona and coldplay (the top selling UK sellers at the international level right now)
June 26, 200817 yr also 5 brits in the top 40 : Leona, Coldplay, Natasha, Estelle and Duffy!!!! which is quite amazing and a revolution in itself!!!! the americans' taste is really starting to improve... i wouldnt count on that until we get Plies and Ray J out of the chart.
June 26, 200817 yr this is such a great chart!! I KISSED A GIRL FINALLY NUMBER ONE, much deserved!! leona top 3 again wauw, natasha top 5 chris at 8 and the pussycat dolls at 9  hope they can climb!
June 26, 200817 yr It's no secret I don't exactly like Coldplay, but I find even that far preferable to a lot of the #1s that we've had in this chart in recent times. Besides, 'Viva La Vida' is quite ok by their standards I think.
June 26, 200817 yr Glad to see Coldplay drop! Shouldn't have been #1 at all. Overrated cow pup! Leona.... Cow Pup   Edited June 26, 200817 yr by Johnjo07
June 26, 200817 yr Katy Perry's "I Kissed A Girl" becomes the 1,000th No. 1 of the rock era, which began with Bill Haley And His Comet's "Rock Around The Clock" in 1955. The first 39 of those on the Best Sellers list, and the remainder on the Billboard Hot 100. :D
June 27, 200817 yr WOW at The Veronicas entering the bubbling under chart! Where did that come from? It deserves to be a massive hit :) Hopefully radio takes to it. Very happy to see Katy Perry at #1 as well :) If anyone had told me that 'I Kissed A Girl' would be a billboard #1 before it hit the charts, I would have laughed! Are the US finally sick of their usual rap c**p and actually buying great pop music? :cheer:
