Posted July 2, 200817 yr Lily Allen dismisses press vendetta Lily Allen has denied she has a grudge against the media - acknowledging journalists are just doing their job by writing about her. The outspoken star regularly lashes out against the press, accusing media outlets of making up stories and criticising the photographers who follow her every move. But she has now admitted that she isn't angry about the constant stream of articles about her - as dealing with the media is all part of being famous, and she believes that celebrities should have the right to contradict stories if they aren't true. She says: "I don't have any fury against the press at all. I think the press have a job to do. I'm not angry with them but sometimes they write things that aren't true and I think I have a right to tell my side of the story."
July 2, 200817 yr Author Aww bless her, I can understand what she's saying but when they make up stories that can be quite annoying :(
