V Festival

Will is continuing his series of festival dates this summer with another performance scheduled for the V Festival.

 

The event is taking place across the weekend of the 16th and 17th August in Hylands Park, Chelmsford and Weston Park, Staffordshire respectively with Will performing on both days at 6pm on The Union Stage.

 

Will is joining an all-star line-up that includes everyone from the Stereophonics to Muse, the Hoosiers to Duffy and the Sugababes to the Pogues.

It's lovely to go on to Devoted at the moment, the place is buzzing and everyone's happy, but I bet come friday it'll all go pearshaped if some peeps can't get decent tickets when they go on general release, that'll probably be me then when I try for Liverpool and whatever I decide for my third one.

That's great munchkin and sorry I've not been around all day TT but my sis dragged me along for a trek round town and then shopping, I'm shattered! while in New Look Will came on with Friday's Child (9min album version) so I perked up a bit then. :lol: For the forum how about;

 

After 3 multi-platinum selling albums, Will is back with his 4th Album Let It Go, preceded by the fantastic single Changes, both due out September, Festivals July/August followed by a UK tour covering Nov/Dec.

4Music launches on Friday 15th August at 7pm.

 

Davina McCall and Steve Jones will kick off the proceedings and introduce the new channel to viewers. They’ll go straight into their 20 Big Ones which will be twenty big hits from the biggest stars to celebrate the launch of the 4Music.

 

Then at 9.00pm 4Music brings viewers an exclusive concert footage of Kylie’s X Tour live extravaganza at the O2 Arena. This will include all her classic hits, songs from her latest album X, backstage footage and interviews as the action unfolds.

 

From 3.00am it’s 4Music Floorfillers, an eclectic mix of upbeat party tunes to see viewers through the night.

 

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY – it’s exclusive V Festival coverage. At 2pm on both days 4Music will be streaming all the action from Chelmsford for 12 hours each day!

 

Fingers crossed they show some of Will's set.

Will plays V Festival

 

This weekend Will be taking to the stage as part of the line up for V Festival 2008!

 

He will be performing on the Virgin Mobile Union stage in Hylands Parks on Saturday and Weston Park on Sunday.

 

You can still get your weekend tickets for Weston Park here.

 

If you go make sure you leave a review in the forum and for those of you not lucky enough to be there in person you can check Will's performance out on TV. Highlights from the festival will be shown at 11:10pm on Channel 4 on Saturday and Sunday as well as throughout the day on 4 Music.
