(some people who did the BBC Messageboards might remember this) some years ago (5 years i believe) we had the car fixed it cost a fortune and was running perfect, went to London for 4 days for the Golden Jubilee celebrations, had a great time, came home, parked the car, then the very next day some bast*rd knicked it, even though it had a lock on. all marks CD's and the expensive CD player too, b@£$%^tards

July 5, 200817 yr It really does amaze me how luck works like that. Although my luck generally seems to be more manic depressive in its nature. I can have a period of time, when I can't seem to do anything wrong, then I can have a period of time when everything I touch goes wrong.
July 5, 200817 yr lol i have broken the barrel (which has the manifold to connect to the exzaustt) 3 times eventurly i got rid of the bike altoghere but it cost 320 for a new barrol because they have to be imported from italy
July 5, 200817 yr Author .... just had some welding done on my van... £1.8k !!!! on top of that i had a tax demand threatening to send in the baliffs if i didnt pay... that was £180, that i never got a demand for! ... and my bloody accountant just sent me a bill for £94... strewth... spend £2.2 k in 24 hours and have barely a thing to show for it!
