OK so the 2008 Contest is well and truly over. I thought it would be interesting, now that we've had a good month after the contest, to see what people's most listened to songs have been from this year, combined from before, during and after the Contest.

Here is my top ten songs from this year based on my most played songs on my computer and my iPod.

1. Switzerland - Era Stupendo (by a mile!!)

2. Sweden - Hero

3. Poland - For Life

4. Iceland - This Is My Life

5. Ireland - Irlande Douze Points

(Greece NF - Always and Forever)

(Sweden NF - One Love)

6. Ukraine - Shady Lady

(Norway NF - Eastern Wind)

7. Latvia - Wolves of the Sea (somehow!)

(Ireland NF - Double Cross My Heart)

8. Bosnia - Pokusaj

Even though Hero was the last song to be revealed

I suppose it's been so long now that it will have as good as evened out, but it is interesting to see the differences between people's favourite songs and their most played.

For example, Latvia's entry is my 7th most listened to song, even though it would be nowhere near my top ten favourites.

swap Norway and Sweden round and those are my favourites...I don't know why I've listened to Hero twice as much :heehee: that pretty much represents my top ten favourites actually, though I would probably put Ukraine in there in place of Latvia or Portugal

350 plays :o If you add together all of my plays of Hero from all albums/formats, it would be no more than 200 max! I have Hero on my ipod as part of Charlotte's own album, the Eurovision compilation, the Melodifestivalen compilation and the CD single :heehee:
