Hmm...despite me thinking my SF is stronger in general, I don't think I'm going to struggle to vote because there are songs I'm not keen on, but I think everyone else will like.

MKL and Sangria will not get penalised for not voting in both, but it would be appreciated if they both voted for both semis, seeing as they have a free ticket to the final :P

 

however, they will get penalised if they send no votes at all...

I had about 8 songs which I really wanted to give points to so the 3, 4 and 5 pointers really deserved more i thought but I'm happy with my ten choices... awww it's so hard

2 votes received for each semi final so far, so 4 in total...

 

I am writing up the results in an Excel spreadsheet which I will make available after the contest so people can see who voted for who in the semis and the final :D

ooh, now 3 votes in for semi 1 and nobody is on nul points in that semi!

 

in semi 2 there are still two nul pointers but we've only had 2 votes in so it means very little at this stage...

just listening to them all now as I have to vote in both semis, I could give a point to every single song in semi 2 :o :wub: shame seven countries will miss out :(

 

semi 1 has about 5 songs I wouldn't give points to so I have to distribute my ten point levels to 12 countries

Kylienips have voted, I found Semi final 2 pretty easy to vote for.... for some reason :lol:

I also voted (for both semis), I found semi 2 much harder to vote for and three or four songs missed out on points whereas had they been in semi-1, the same song might have got 3 or 4 points :o it's all luck of the draw!

I found it quite easy to as well. There weren't that many songs I liked if I'm honest :( Although the songs that got my 12/10 points were amazing. :wub:

Nonsuch has voted in BJSC8 SF1.

 

The 10th place song I rated 7 out of 10, so there is a lot of quality in this Semi Final IMHO.

I was also fairly unsure of what to do with Feedback...it was quite well-known on BJ even though it flopped and was also a #1 on my chart. In the end I just took it into account when I gave my points ^_^

interesting results so far, a surprising leader in one of the semi finals, a dark horse in fact...:o
