It takes into account all playings - from radio airplay right through to being played in the back ground at sports stadiums, in supermarkets in elevators, everything. Some tunes are helped by being used in commercials too - hence the Daniel Powter and Take That one.

The radio has bled that song to death its beyond belief!

 

I do actually like it but how many times does it need to be played, at one point i just couldn't get away from it and used to hear it every half an hour.
