I could have lied and say that I wasnt online for whateva reason and in that way I could participiate in the next contest, but If I say the truth about not voting and I did not want it to ,then u made up a rule about that :o anyway i was considering to withdrawn and I think the perfect time is now.

Maybe in the future, for the non-voters who have been online since voting started, disqualification could be the way forward, but for those who haven't for whatever reason actually been online, a lesser penalty could be put into place?

Well, normally it isn't a problem, but Rivandia will not be allowed to take part unless we have a solid promise that they will actually vote :P Botanikka are different as they actually avoided voting intentionally - which smacks of sour grapes, given we all thought this had been sorted, but there you go. As such they will not be allowed to participate in the next contest but are welcome to return in the 10th contest ^_^
