It has gone quick but to be fair they have been good to us this time with the re-release and remix album. I can happily wait another year and I think 2010 is the right time for them to return tbh.

The AI contestants chose more bad songs this week. :puke2: I have mixed feelings about the results show.

I think they just have to adjust to what makes a good song choice. I agree with two that went through, I loved the gril that sung Alone and the guy that sung Man In The Mirror but would have prefer the one that sung Put Your Records On to go through. Jasmine really let me down, Love Song is just an abysmal song. And a big lol to the girl that attempted This Love, what was she thinking!! :lol:

It seems that you like Megan Corkrey (the Put Your Records On girl) and Allison Iraheta (the Alone girl). ^_^ You also like Kris Allen (the Man in the Mirror guy, I do too) Jasmine let me down as well, I know she can do much better than that! Jeanine Vailes sang This Love, I have no clue why she chose that song because nobody can tackle those type of songs. To me, Adam has a unique voice/sound. I was hoping I would see more of Jeanine because I was really curious as to what type of singer she really is, but she didn't showcase that when she sang, sadly.

 

I'm really an Idol fanatic, aren't I? :lol: I've been spending a lot of time over at their forum lately.

My favourite is I Do Not Hook Up followed by My Life. Whyyawannabringmedown is amazing, I never thought she would be able to pull it off but she does it really well. :wub: Fair to say my favourite album of the year so far. :dance:

 

You are indeed a bit of a fanatic. :P Allison is actually my favourite so far, I don't remember her from the earlier stages but I loved how she made Alone completely her own. Jeanine is very talented but like you said This Love is a song that no one should touch, I saw her doing something more like Jennifer Hudson or Fantasia. I had a bad feeling Norman/Nick was going through, I'm incredibly relieved he never, one of my favourite songs ever destroyed twice by him. :lol:

My favorite is Von Smith. :heart: Yes, it's Idol Forums. ^_^ Nick/Norman is AWFUL. :puke2: People on the Idol board were saying that he sings that song better than Von. To me, no way in you know what! :P They are also comparing Von to Sanjaya and I say no way on that one as well. Von does overdo it, but he is way more vocally talented than those two, in my opinion. ^_^ Yeah...Jeanine is probably more R&B...she could have been great. :( She has the look of an Idol.

Von..hmm. I think I need refreshing over who he is. I thought Adam was your favourite? I liked him as well coming to think of it.

He did alright imo, I hate the expressions he makes whilst singing. :lol: Final group wasn't anything special apart from the girl who had drama with the stupid gay one from Hollywood week. I really need to learn there names don't I. :( Jorge and the blind guy really bored me, I can see them being in the final though.

Loved the wildcard results, so glad Jasmine and Megan made it! The other two guys probably deserved it to, was a shame that Jesse never got a place.

 

What were your favourite performances from the top 36? Oh and do you know anywhere to download the performances? (other than iTunes of course lol)

I don't know anywhere else to download them from, no. :( I'm disappointed by the results overall. I like quite a few people left, but it's just not the same for me. The only performances I liked were probably Jasmine's "Reflections", the song that Von sang the first night, Danny Gokey's "Hero", and the song that Alexis sang. None of the other ones really stood out to me. I thought Jesse was boring. :P I guess we have different taste in contestants. :lol:

Completed with the fact that i found out that they fixed this box by scotch tape and moved it back to the shelf! :blink: :mellow: It's SO sad living in the middle of NOWHERE!

I found some places. :dance: It was Kristen that I really wanted. Hmm, I think we are just getting a feel for the finalists at the minute, I'm sure you'll have found a couple more you like soon. Shocking. :o We usually agree on pretty much everything, that said I thought Danny was alright and Alexis has potential to grow on me. Jacko week will be interesting, when they did it on X-Factor last year it was awful but I'm staying hopeful.
