I dont know what's so great about this song but I simply cannot stop listening to it! It's ran away on my last.fm charts as the most played song and will continue to be for a while. However it has now really got stiff competition these days. Ayumi Hamasaki's "Forgiveness" is a beautiful ballad and the highest new entry, in at 2, keeping Utada from taking the top spots as her english persona stays at 3 with the magical "YMMWTBAM" who could well be a future number 1! Charlotte Martin slips to 4 because I've had a very Japanese week but her live DVD is superb, Tori Amos pops up to 5 thanks to her new music videos dvd and the remastered songs on there are excellent too. I've also had a return to the Bush with Kate Bush's "Nocturn" that jumps up to 6th. Dead Can Dance stay put at 7 with Lisa's haunting voice - you may have heard it on the NSPCA adverts? Rikki is the highest charting new artist as I rediscover her albums which are very acoustic and fagile. Also a new artist in my chart is Vanessa Carlton. I warm to her and then it falls away again, I think I have to be in the mood for most of her stuff but some of her tracks stay with me, "Half A Week Before the Winter" is one of them. Pj Harvey slips to 10th with her mental song. Hannah Fury hangs on in 11th with the most unique vocal arrangements I've ever heard - she's a nice lady too  Imogen Heap pops up in 12th with my fav song of hers "Loose Ends" - which neeeds to be the next single off her album!!! Shena Ringo stays put in 13th with her complete rock out song "Intentity" and the music videos helerious. Love it! Yae climbs to 14th, a Japanese tradionalist singing in Spanish?!?! Yep! You know it makes sense... Tanya Donnelly is another new girl in 15th with a track from her latest album - very underrated but 1990's children may know of her previous groups Belly and The Breeders - as the song Cannonball was a hit. You'd know it if you heard it anyway lol. Yo$h!taka Hirota is a musical genius and climbs to 16th with his rock track off his musical arragement album of the Shadow Hearts games, with the main theme from Katamari Damacy making it onto the charts in 17th. Zannny! Cocteau Twins cling on in 18th with the random "Beatrix", Fiona Apple recently had a gig in London which I sadly missed but shes still in with 19, and Natalie Imbruglia needs some love lately so she's plonked in with my fav song of hers in 20. I recommend watching the music videos if you have time because they are truely excellent and it'll at least introduce you to some new music from the other side of the world in some cases. Even if you didnt like it you can certainly say you gave them a listen. Many thanks for reading and I look forward to any comments! Si  :cheer:
