Posted June 2, 200619 yr Britney Spears has been under the microscope ever since she got pregnant the first time with her son Sean Preston, and after all of the bad parenting skills Britney demonstrated in recent months, she managed to win the support of mothers across the US, according to a published report. Parenting magazine requested their readers vote as to whether or not they felt the media had pushed their limits and picked on Spears more than they should, and 75 percent (7,500) of them agreed the press went too far. Just 25 percent of voters thought the media hadn't, and hasn't, gone too far with putting the new, young mother in the spotlight. It was only days ago that Britney almost dropped her son after tripping over her pants. And as you all know, Britney was snapped driving through Malibu, Calif., with Sean Preston in her lap, and she was greatly reprimanded by the world for it. She was also harshly criticized for when Sean Preston fell from his high chair and bumped his head, and as a result of the incident, child services investigated the pop princess and her home life, of which they found no concerns. Editor Janet Chan for Parenting magazine insists the pictures of the singer sobbing after being photographed tripping with her son in her arms scored a lot of sympathy for Britney. Chan says, 'I'm not sure this means Britney Spears will be in every mom's hall of fame, but this one caused them to say, 'Hey, now we're picking on her.''
