This could be interesting I think. Especially if it has the same crude sense of humour applied to it as Family Guy does but you'll never beat that.

What a stupid idea, you can't have Family Guy without Cleavland, otherwise there'd be no racist jokes (which is oneof big parts of Family Guy)

well if its more like American Dad and less like Family Guy's throw a zillion 80s references at a wall and hope something sticks - might be good might be better....tho on the other hand might follow the FG template like totally (but with jazz-funk jokes about Roy Ayers...rather than star wars)

Yeah i'd rather this be more like American Dad where the episodes have decent plots. Family guy hasn't had those since series 3, while it's still funny it's just getting a bit to random.

For season 1, 2, 3 & 4 they used the same writers, I'm not sure that's the case now, but I think the best episodes were the ones that are completely random

I actually watched the pilot episode. It's not too bad - but I'm not sure if I can watch an entire series of Cleveland without Peter, Quagmire and Joe. I'd rather if Quagmire got a spin off show OH - GIGGITY GIGGITY GOO!

I watched the first two episodes. Nothing special tbh. Theres nothing in there that makes me come back every week. I tend to only watch it when im bored.

This starts on the 1st Feb on E4! Can't wait. Just hope Family Guy doesn't go down hill.

Tbh I think this is worse than Family Guy which is, in turn, worse than American Dad.

Are you kidding? American Dad is utter shite. Family Guy is amazing though :wub: I have to agree The Cleveland Show is fairly sucky though. I downloaded the first 2-3 episodes and that was it.

I think the stories in American Dad are getting far more better and the stories in new Family Guy are going downhill :(

Of what I've seen (not much), American Dad is quite funny and has potential to be great. Family Guy is very hit-and-miss at times but I still love it more than anything else on TV ever :wub:

 

The Cleveland Show has lolworthy moments but without Stewie, Peter or Quagmire is a bit meh.

I love Family Guy, but tbh think that this is going to be $h!t - will watch it though and hope that I'll be proved wrong :(

 

BTW, imo Family Guy is much better than American Dad!!!! :) :)
