June 27, 200916 yr Will was at Elton John's party last night. http://www.mirror.co.uk/celebs/news/...5875-21474270/ Very A list do. :) Thanks TT. Would have loved to have read what The Mirror had to say, but the link tells me "Sorry - they can't find the page". Is there another link please?
June 27, 200916 yr Thanks for the snippet Sunday. It looks as if he'll only be there for his spot, though I hope he does have time to see some of the other acts.
June 27, 200916 yr Thanks for the snippet Sunday. TT I don't think Will was at Elton's bash - there's no mention of him anywhere other than that one in the Mirror. I think he was mistaken for someone else. Gets about in his tea half-hour does'nt he  Here you go Chrysalis: http://www.mirror.co.uk/celebs/news/2009/0...15875-21474270/

As ypu say very thought provoking. Found it interesting when Rupert said his past problems are echoed in some of Will's lyrics.(or words to that effect), Love how Will stayed in the background, letting Rupert take the lead. It's a lovely side to Will's personality that we have seen so many times before.

At the time I didn't think it could have been for Rupert, but it could very well have been.
July 2, 200916 yr I've always thought Save Yourself was very personal to Will. At the time I didn't think it could have been for Rupert, but it could very well have been. Singers very often sit down with a songwriter and input their emotions rather than physically writing any of the lyrics. I wonder if this is what happened this time. Eg White wrote it - I wonder if this was a song Eg offered co-writes to Will on, which he refused. There had to have been a reason why he chose to sing it throughout his FC tour in 2004 and summer festivals in 2005 and then include it on his new album . July 3, 200916 yr Thanks for the info sunday. Saw Peter Fonda on The One Show last evening. He's 69 but my goodness he wears well. :D
July 3, 200916 yr Thanks sunday - Janet on D found this back in June: http://www.burtonmail.co.uk/burtonmail-new...e.asp?id=425574 It will fight it out with a handful of entries in the ‘Mini adventures’ category, set to be judged by VIPs including singer Will Young, model Yasmin Le Bon, chef James Martin and JCB boss Sir Anthony Bamford I think it's also connected to Will doing that gig for "an Earl" a few weeks ago. He'll probably stay in Brighton. Gets about :D Edited July 3, 200916 yr by munchkin
