First I heard we were supposed to be getting a re-release of NB on 2 discs including the new tracks from pocketful of sunshine. Now she is releasing a completely new song in the UK bruised water, which isnt available on the US edition of the album. Is she going to release a brand new album of new material here or a mix mash of pocketful of sunshine new tracks with additional unreleased material for the UK release?

The "Bruised water" project has quite nothing to do with her, they just sampled her voice on it, but it's hardly "her" new single.

She is busy in the States at the mo, so I don't know what/when the UK will get something from her0

But she has never said anything about it, it has always been rumours and stuff really.

I proper love how her mailing list sent around an e-mail claiming Bruised Water was 'her new single' :heehee: When really, like Bertie said, it's not got a lot to do with her.

 

There's no news on the single/album front atm. Personally I think Pocketful will get a November release with the album a week or two later, to capitalise on the huge Christmas sales and get the album to Platinum. It'll almost definitely get a release though, I recon. Perhaps Bruised Water will be a bonus track too. I'd like to see this tracklist:

I dont think it would be right for them to put N.B. tracks on there, even if she puts some B-sides from the Pocketful singles on there its better than re-living the awful previous album.

After having a massive hit with "Unwritten" in the States, she came back to the UK and focused on the UK by releasing her album N.B.

It flopped big time so now it's quite normal she tries to get as much success as possible in the US! They welcome her nicely at least!

Yes but even Love Like This made top 20 (just about) so she shoudl try at least to realese Pocketful (both single and album over here.

I dont think the UK will get anything from this era again. They must have been dissapointed with how Love Like This performed.
