We're all very excited about Kylie's impending return to the world of pop after her battle with cancer, yes? Well, it would seem we're not the only ones, since kooky songstress Nelly Furtado is also trembling with joy at the very thought.

 

Indeed, Nelly's hoping that Kylie's return to the studio might pave the way for a duet between the twosome in the future.

 

According to contactmusic.com, Nelly said: "The person I'd most like to record with is Kylie Minogue. I wanted her to be on my new album."

 

Laying on the compliments nice and thick, she added: "To me a song like 'Can't Get You Out Of My Head' is a couture pop song."
