OOps one 'n'. My apologies! That's what I put at first.

At first, I didn't understand what you meant BT  , so I read the thread through, and I guess you mean Lyn with one n :) Don't worry about spelling her name right  any way is fine :)

Would you guys really go over to NY or LA if D was going to star over there? I am excited by the prospect, but really wouldn't want to spend a full week away from "she who must be obeyed". I suppose if it were NY, I could make it a 3 day excursion :)

Honest now guys, would you go if it happened?

Definitely. Once I make up my mind about something, it takes very unusual circumstances to make me change it.

I can't wait :yahoo: .....keep looking at cheap flights

Just need the dates, time and place.....with some warning

Its interesting to note that since Darius left the show there has not been a single review on the usual place but there has been much more advertising for jennifer ellison in the show in the tabloids including full page pictures and write ups, this is the latest from neil sean in the Sunday star which to me sounds a bit desperate.

Quote - a mystery bra snatcher is haunting the female cast of london cast Chicago. I understand that star Jennifer ellison is one of those in the show who have had to let it all hang out (thought she did most of thetime anyway) following the disappearance of their undies at the Cambridge theatre.

Don't tell me the phanton knicker collector has changed to bra collector.

Alright who knows the whereabouts of the main suspects? Is K still with JB? Sp has a myspace. S? He always was the quiet one.

Think we can let D off the hook - N's been watching him.

I have been tempted to put a good review on just to see how long it takes for a bad one to appear

did you then, as a good one has been put up today(first one since 11th) and low and behold noone had a bad word to say since the 11th, yet suddenly straight after the good review a bad one has gone up - seems Darius is not alone in suffering from this strange need to put Chicago down - I am beginning to wonder if its someone who works at the site!

The last so called review is so obviously from someone who wasnt even there. No details of who played what and performances just a jealous reply.

I always thought it would be funny if someone put up a review with completely wrong details about the performance in it - I am sure the negative reviews would pick up on that and give themselves away!

lets face it, there was an endless stream of people saying he couldnt hit the last note on the gun song(when he could)

and as soon as someone posted he had a cold someone posted he had lost his voice and couldnt sing - the negatives were just to obviously gleaned from previous comments and not from the actual show.

When he could hardly talk, by the time he was on stage, his singing voice was perfect. He was a litle husky when speaking but the singing was spot on. It seems to be such a waste to have a review p[age where the reviews bear no resemblance to what actually happens.

For some reason, someone just wants Chicago to end.

I was tempted to say Brenda was fantastic when I went, to see if some one slipped up as it was her understudy that day :D

I wonder why someone would want it to close I really enjoyed it :D

Looks like they'll have to go on wanting for quite a while.

Why on earth would the producers want to close it while it's still making profits? Chicago is not expensive to keep going.......no complicated sets or hydraulics, the lighting and sound are all pre-programmed, inexpensive costumes, and a relatively small cast and orchestra........ it's also doing very well just now. The Cambridge isn't much smaller than the Adelphi and it's much more comfortable upstairs.

The only reason I can think for the producers to close it would be to get a WE theatre for their other production - Cabaret.

For some reason, someone just wants Chicago to end.

Yes I think you have hit the nail on the head there Meg......I've wondered that.

The bad comments weren't just Darius related...anyone who had a good comment were cut back.

The ratings have dropped so low.

This is the reason I didn't post a review this time.
