January 20, 200916 yr Dat bitch needs to update her Myspace. Some people want to know about her y'know.
January 21, 200916 yr There's at least three. I actually sent one of her other fans I know of a message on Youtube last night to ask if she knows what Bev is up to.
January 22, 200916 yr It's a she and yeah, she got me quite excited actually! She stated the obvious, she's probably recording the album for summer then tour in the autumn/winter. But she said one of Bev's band members told her that there could be some big guests on the album, but she can't say who. I have to think of who she's performed with lately apparently. If it's Ali f***ing Campbell... :arrr:
January 22, 200916 yr Author Sorry LOL, well you know me, calling female Bev fans men and all Very exiting then, anyone else you can of she's performed with. I'd love to see someone like Estelle or Jamelia pop up.
January 23, 200916 yr Well you are wrong, it seems most fans of Bev are female. My most viewed Bev Youtube video is mostly watched by females and (shamefully for us) people aged 45-54. She seems to appeal most to old men and females of most ages. I guess we're odd ones. As for other people she's performed with I can think of Charlotte Church from that show but I really doubt it's her - that was a one off. I know she supported Santana last year, as I nearly went, but y'know WHO?! I also remember in one of her last proper updates on her Myspace she said she performed with Prince and Chaka Khan so maybe one of those. Out of that lot I would say Chaka and Santana are most likely.
January 23, 200916 yr Author Oh god, that is rather embarassing for us. Never mention a word of that again. Chaka Khan woukd be good i guess, i'd love a duet between her and Lemar though.
January 24, 200916 yr Oh god, that is rather embarassing for us. Never mention a word of that again. Chaka Khan woukd be good i guess, i'd love a duet between her and Lemar though. I always suspected that she was a Radio 2 sort of artist which is mostly older people but I was surprised that most of the younger viewers were female, I thought we were a good representative of her fanbase. I think she would, Chaka did a song with MJB last year which was alright. Plus there was an article saying this album would be a bit like early Tina Turner/Chaka Khan. A duet with Lemar would be something, maybe a bit like "Beautiful Contradiction". I just want to hear her with Estelle or maybe Gabrielle.
January 24, 200916 yr Author Yeah, she is i guess. I doubt R1 will support her when she comes back but R2 always have havent they. Dueting with Gabriella would just smell of desperation IMO LOL.
January 25, 200916 yr Yeah I think they have, Bev is for mature people. ^_^ Why would it? Both are flopstars. -_-
January 26, 200916 yr Author Meh, you never know. If she can get top 10 after a #43 single then she should manage it next time as well. She needs a killer lead single next time round though.
January 27, 200916 yr True, I totally didn't expect the last one to go top 10. "No Man's Land" was a killer single and she seems hooked on the live sound, meaning it's unlikely that we'll get another "Come As You Are". As long as she does loads of promo I'll be happy.
January 27, 200916 yr Author Well it wasnt in my opinion, a killer lead single is something that grabs you instantly. Like Black Butta.
January 28, 200916 yr Oh yeah, I just said that in another thread. "No Man's Land" is a killer once you give it a few listens to let it grow. "Black Butta is instant. I guess most ballads kinda suffer this, but it didn't harm Beyoncé but she's Beyoncé I guess.
January 28, 200916 yr Author If I Were A Boy got played to death though and now so has Single Ladies which sounded awful on first listen.
January 29, 200916 yr True, it's a bit of a risk to come back with a ballad but people will always play Beyoncé. I never found Sinlge Ladies awful but it was a bit wtf, I think it's amazing now. I don't think I can get bored of it.
