Looking increasingly glum for Gigi :(

Possibly the most tuneful song to have been in the last few contests....

I know that statement will get shot down by a fair few but I chanced saying it anyways :P

it could have the best melody in the world, but a song by a middle aged balding man sung in Italian isn't likely to attract the hardcore pop fans that make up most of the demographic of this competition...as I stated before however, I think it's an absolutely excellent track

I find it boring. :( Sorry. Just not my taste, I suppose...
I find it boring too, like Era Stupendo in ESC2008 :o
Era Stupendo is beautiful :( one of my 5 favourite songs from ESC 2008

Era Stupendo? Boring?!

It's my favourite Eurovision song from the last 5 years! But each to their own I guess....even though I think his semi performance was anything but boring

I think that Dervish - They Can't Stop The Spring is the best Eurovision song EVER :o

So yes, tastes differ :kink:

I didn't think Era Stupendo was boring either, it wasn't my favourite by a long shot....but it was an ok song. ^_^

I think he should have qualified at least.

the album version of Era Stupendo was far far better than the Eurovision version, which I never listen to

I agree! The last chorus adds so much to it.

And Pavel I don't know whether you were being sarcastic, but I love They Can't Stop The Spring as well! :P

I loved it too! :( The album version that is :smoke:

I also loved They Can't Stop The Spring :kink:

although it deserved to come last as the singer was absolutely awful live

I was not sarcastic at all :kink: I meant that i LOVE this live version of TCSTS though many people think it was awful :kink:

how could you love the live version  she was completely out of time with the song and her voice sounded shaky and nervous throughout,

worst Eurovision performance since Jemini :heehee:

but i loved it so much :o

btw "Hero" and "Here I Am" songs are growing on me enormously! :o

I downloaded mp3's of almost all of them and listen to them :kink: I think I've had more than 300 plays for Headhunted

 my god Pavel, I've only listened to it 30 times myself :P

In fact i didn't count, just an approximate number, you should listen you entry more :o

that's a lot of times for me! my most played song ever on my iTunes is Maria & Mira - Mine All Mine and that only had 56 plays in total so far...I just don't listen to the same songs over and over that much...

variety is the spice of life :kink:

I think i'm overestimating my real possibilities for listening to the songs  I don't play songs all over again (okay i did with Disturbia, but that's not counted  ), just 1-5-10-... :kink: times a day :o

:(

that's pretty insane - 10 times a day?! don't you get bored?
