Let me introduce you to City Girls - Sheena Rowe (23), Sian Charlesworth (21) Sophie Leniston (18) and Rebecca Doran (20); with their fabulously addictive belting vocals and lifestyle lyrics they have an infectious, catchy new take on mainstream dance music - with hints of electro and house with an undeniable pop edge.

O.M.G their debut single was written by Darren Monson, Jay Raser and band member Sheena Rowe and produced by Pete Hammond and Jay Raser.

Pete 'mix master' Hammond is credited on approximately 140 UK hits including 11 number 1's. From Kylie to Donna Summer,

Take That to Debbie Harry - his discography reads like a “who's who” of pop. He has recently remixed - to great reviews - the next Alphabeat single.

Jay Raser who is from an Urban/Dance background brings his pioneering DnB work to the fore and together this mix of backgrounds has resulted in the coolest'urban/street pop' to be developed in the UK for some time.

City Girls are to appear in the TV/Cinema and on line advertising campaign for Imagine Girl Band – by leading games company Ubisoft on Nintendo DS.

The product is launched on 11th August and also features Radio One DJ Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby.

The OMG single will also be used for the soundtrack for the campaign – giving City Girls debut prime time TV exposure.

With stunning looks and their unique City Girls style they want to bring glamour into sound.

With a hugely successful management and creative team behind them who have cut their teeth on some of the biggest acts in pop they are delivering a new wave of uber cool electro-pop to the masses.

The video to support the single was choreographed by sex kitten Deanne Berry who appeared in the smash dance single by Eric Prydz - Call on Me. Working closely with the girls, Deanne has choreographed their live performances for the host of PA's they are currently doing.

They are mid way through a schools tour and are going down a storm with pupils aged from 8yrs to 17yrs – end of term balls and proms and morning assemblies have never been so exciting!

With a fun, colourful performance for the younger pupils and a sassy, sexy alternative for the over 18's club nights City Girls, really do have something for everyone.

The girls were found, developed and signed by pop management legend Kim Glover (New Kids on the Block, Ant & Dec, B*Witched, etc) initially as a marketing project for a leading teen fragrance company - So...? After completing a nationwide search for them - Glover realised the potential and took them under her wing signing them to her label BXB7 and with some great producers and writers on board the City Girls sound was crafted.

O.M.G is the first single taken from the City Girls album set for release at the end of this year.
