Surpassing the 'Hole In The Head' sales might just be possible but i dont think its gonna go anywhere near the 'Round Round' and 'Freak Like Me' sales of around 240k.

I think it could end up selling 250k - 300k if it gets to number 1! People seem to be liking it.

I hate being negative but it isnt going to touch no.1 imo, no one that i know is talking about it like they were with AYN and its just not good enough. They've got to beat Ting Tings, Basshunter, Kaiser Chiefs, Rihanna and Will Young. I personally think it will be top 5 with very good sales.

The only act there to be worried about I'd say is Kaiser Chiefs, they will obviously beat Ting Tings & Basshunters 3rd singles.. As for Will Young I'm not sure his single is strong enough for top 3 and Rihanna, which song, Disturbia will be going down by then.

In better news i heard it for the first time today on Galaxy, my mother was tapping along!

Have people actually heard Kaisers new song? :mellow: It's dire, at least with 'Ruby' I could see the appeal but this will do nothing I don't think :/

 

'Girls' will be Top 3 I think, #01 is definetly a possibility, it's very catchy and I can see the hype for it being quite big like AYN and PTB was.

Its been out for almost 5 weeks and its not really that talked about anywhere, we will have to see if the video picks its status up. I hate to say it but apart from Suga's fans, people have either not heard it or dont think its that great.

 

Tbh, its weak and a its a shame. Give me another AYN anyday, but if a song isnt that great i cant see it doing that well - this is coming from a fan but someone who can take or leave the band, id call my opinion more rational than others a little!

If you go on Popjustice, Floppop, UKMix, Moopy or any other music/entertainment forum Girls is one of the most talked-about songs of the moment; more so than the likes of Brandy's huge comeback. A new Sugababes album launch is always a massive event and there's LOADS of discussion atm. It's not all positive, but that's another thing.

I agree, despite Brandy having a way better song, there seems to be more hype though not as much as their is about Pinks.

The video looks really sexy :o I'm still not sure about the song though, it's OK so far and usually I love anything the 'babes release (after One Touch :P). If anyone has an mp3 of this song I would love it please as I can't download any music until I get back to uni :cry:

I think it will probably get to no1 or no2 just because there isnt really much else out. Its a brand new song so first week sales should be high.

Looks awful if you ask me. Again i apologize for being negative but the song itself is just medicore and a total dissapointment, the video was the only thing that turn me to like it but it doesnt look like its gonna happen.
