Hatch End`s cockernee nutjobs Vincent Vincent and the Villains have announced that their upcoming gig at 93 Feet East in London`s Brick Lane will be their last, their swangsong. Following that show Vincent Vincent and the Villains are officially brahn bread.

The band released their debut album `Gospel Bombs` earlier this year to no fanfare, having picked up a following in late 2006 and subsequently lost it. During this time various reviewers on Culturedeuxe described them as `energetic, pacey`, `inspiring gasps from admiring teenage boys all through the set`, `a Sunkist advert waiting to happen` and `the same stuff as before with different harmonies and a re-jigged riff`. In general quite favourable so it`s a shame more of the public didn`t agree with us.

Tickets to witness this spectacle are £6 from ticketweb.co.uk (08700 600100) or you can simply choose to ignore them like everyone else has for the past few years.

yeah its sad - and another band that couldnt even get a 1 wk place in the 75 with the continuing success of nickelback....i've like their records tho i did not get round to getting the album (yet) - tho i guess if it does turn up cheap in the borders sale it will be the kinda of over-looked thing that will get re-issued by Ace, Edsel or Cherry Red in about 10 years time.
