Thanks, megham. I really like them all. My favourite is the middle one.

I'm never sure of that one. he had 3 people around him and, although I didn't touch his face, the arms and chest belong to two different pics and I see the joins everytime I look at it.

It was the face I was looking at. I think there's a warmth about it.

Which is why I chose it. There were better pics but, in that one, he'd just stopped talking to the people around him and was just about to go back to the conversation and it's so Darius I wanted that one. I just wish I couldn't see the joins.

take your glasses off and look from a distance

then his face would be blurred as well as the joins. We need a win win scenario.

Exactly, bramley. I had to really peer at it and I'm still not sure that they are where I think they might be.

 

It's nice to have the band in the first picture. James Blunt's in Glasgow soon. I'd've liked to see Karl in action again but as I find it hard get through one of James's records in a shop, I'll pass on it.

 

I like a few of the songs but there's just something about his voice which I find difficult to listen to - maybe he's a bit too nasal for my personal taste - I can't put my finger on it.

No, I can see he's good but not listen to a whole lp. I haven't got this album of his. Coldplay I can't listen to a whole album either but I love having it on shufffle with 4 other albums and really enjoy it that way. James'/ voice irritates which has nothing to do with how good he is, just that most of his stuff is really not to my taste - although it's good so I recommend it to people who I know will like the style.

Was that picture of D with the band taken at Tickled Pink, megham, or did you edit the colours on it?

It was 'tickled Pink' I wish he'd been on longer.

One day I will be at the RAH watching Darius. There has to be a time when I'm not tied down with unbreakable commitments or on holiday and we have a bit of advance notice to book.

The aqdvance notice seems a bit difficult.

It's always been a bugbear right from the very first official site , that one with the winks - what a stupid PR idea! I don't know who thought that one up.
