Did this fantastic song even manage to chart in the end?

I doubt it, it only got a 7'' release and it didn't do much on iTunes apart from a brief appearance after she did Jools Holland. Hopefully the BBC will include her on their 2009 predictions list and she'll re-release it properly next year.

Yeah, hopefully. The album is scheduled for an April realese apparantly.

Maybe it's just a buzz single in the same vein as Adele's 'Hometown Glory' and Duffy's 'Rockferry' and then she'll have some proper success in 2009? :o

There were ads for this all over the internet... surprised it did nothing. It's a mediocre song though.
