the promise is number 37 in the midweeks today,i really think the promise will now end up been their llongest consecutive chart run in the top 75,and i think by the time it completly fades away it will sell around 450,000 at the least

Great news - Hope they can hang on to a top 40 place til Sunday!

I think the promise will continue to sell well for a couple of years yet due to cheryl doing the x-factor.

 

Its always going to be a GA classic now. Probably their most memorable single really.

the promise is number 41 this week down just 2 places which is quite good

week 21 and the promise climbs 3 places to number 56( please stay on and become the longest top 75 running hit for them)

Well it quite obviously will become their longest running single, only needs one more week to snatch the title from 'Call The Shots' and 'Sound Of The Underground' and it's still rising on iTunes, I reckon another 5 weeks in the top 75 ;o but it most certainly won't be as long lasting as 'Call The Shots' was in the top 200 - 61 weeks.

I love this song so much. It is infact my favourite so I'd love it to be the longest running GA single, which is almost certain to happen this week.
