i don't think so either

unless Shania breaks her own record

Yeah, but sales were higher back in the day, albums reached 30-40 million copies worldwide, now If you're lucky it's 6 million copies.

Shania had a worldwide success with Come On Over, though it was as huge when it first came out, but the exact opposite.

i know its pretty sad :(

great albums don't seem to sell more than 5 or 6 million

Exactly, but I'm sure Shania's album sales will be impressive, if she had the right promo.
yes i thikn so, i think it could do around 7 million, she is a huge star and a good album seller

Though she's been away from the media for a while now.

I'm sure Dido's album will be huge too

yeah i know but when she returns she will get the media attention

i hope so but i am worried slightly :(

Yep exactly.

Record labels are soooo lazy these days they do nothing, no promos, no videos, how do they suppose they'll gain sales?

you are spot on, Kylie had very little promo for X, Anastacia has had rubbish promo for the single and is only kicking in afetr they cancel the single in the uk and a week before the album is out, it shoulda started weeks ago , dido has had nothing at all, Christina aguilera has had rubbish promo too.

P!nk has had good promo as have Sugababes and GA.

its so sad :(

it's stupid really :(

i forgot to mention Alanis Morissette, although promo was pretty good, the single choices (IPOTVM) have been terrible and her managment seem to have given up

Yeah another success, thrown down, her album could've been huge.
yes i know there are some real stunners on that album
oh yes, my fave track of the album, Straightjacket and Versions of Violenc are great too
i know, at least NAW is getting released, even though its only north amercia
