Fine if you lived near the metropolis.

At least we shall all be able to watch TV in October and February.

As long as we remember. The middle maidstone gig was the last slice of a sandwich of Haydon park nr Manchester, Danson Park and maidstone. I was shattered. Luckily, Dave came and drove the Maidstone leg.
Maidstone was great.
I only got to a Maidstone one....I was away for the others......he is just so unorganised....he's free to check my diary but just doesn't
You didn't miss much at Haydock - miserable weather.
I was in my least favourite position in Maidstone - front row - I really, really hate that.
But no one tall is in front of you so that you can't see (well, except Darius and he doesn't count as he's what you're watching}
I was front row at maidstone, feeling very close to darius, I recall running to the front of stage at Brum NEC at dive in tour - that was a first, something I didnt forsee me ever doing at my age LOL standing for the whole show and my feet were killing by the end of the show! its only comedians that I dont like sitting front row for, in case they pick on me - although daughter loves it, I think Michael mcintire was more scared of her ..
I don't think that the people on the stage will be bothered to look at the front row, so it doesn't bother me at all.

I was in front row of the balcony looking down centre. Very good view and liked the place. In fact it was ideal.
I'd like to have a Maidstone type of gig again. Would be great if we could hear accoustic versions of his 'b' sides if not his new music

if only,

I am feeling completely bereft about music nowadays,

watched Jules Holland again last night, total rubbish again. found myself realising the only glimmer of hope musically for me is waiting for Songs of praise in some three weeks time - never thought it would come to that!!!

I would jump at the chance of a Maidstone type gig where darius performed.

Darius definitely seems to have turned a deaf ear to all our requests for him to do that. We still haven't got it through to him that we rate many of those tracks as highly as any of the album tracks and we would genuinely be delighted to hear him sing them. He doesn't need to be launching his new material.

Some are - very.

But not to the extent of regularly watching the 'Hymns of Praise' TV programme. I have seldom watched, apart from

when it was from one of my favourite places.

I don't watch any of the religious programmes regularly.

The only one I did, was Late Call on STV. It was a 5 minute slot at the end of the day's programming when a minister, priest, rabbi or lay person would tell a little anecdote and relate it to the scriptures and daily lives and then would do a short benediction. I'm a night owl, so usually I was watching the last programme while I was doing my preparation for my next day's work.

Ricki Fulton's I.M. Jolly in Scotch & Rye is a parody of that little programme.
