June ? Yes, that sounds about right - If Darius is in episode 5 or 6, then that's pretty much when I'll be in France!

I don't know what channel it is going to be on because it has been on BBC and LIVING but if it is on BBC1 you can get that in france if that is any help to you.

It's usually on BBC1 first and then repeated on Living. I hope it's still the same.
It was on a BBC terrestial channel when I last watched it. I've a feeling but only a feeling, that it was BBC1.
I know they have internet cafes in france, even booths in U(supermarket) I seem to recall - will it be on iplayer or the online bbc, I know I was desperate to get to one when we were in france both times, hubby wouldnt oblige.

I wouldn't go seeking out an internet cafe. That would be a bit selfish of me when I'm on holiday with others. I'd just feel guilty and that would distract me.

If I'm meant to see Darius in HB, I'll see him even if it's later on a satellite channel.

................making life brighter .

A little bit of Darius always does that too, of course.

It's awful - even if he was playing locally, it would be unlikely that I'd get to go. I'm mixed between rellief that I'm not missing things and regret that there isn't something that i could read about on here.
I hope the BBC do a bit of publicity for the start of this series. I don't want to start watching mid-series and find I know nothing about the new manager or the new owner (Nigel Harman) because I think a lot of the show's dynamics will depend on that relationship.

I have liked some episodes much better than others. It's very light hearted but sometimes I think the characters tend to be almost larger than life exaggerated comic book characters.

From what Eggie said earlier I'm a bit concerned that Darius's Italian editor character sounds like a bit of a sleazeball.

That's what i've been afraid of since the beginning. Whole areas of the press seem dcetermined to foster that misconception and I'd hate this to help them.

When he's just being himself, the media say he's fake, because it doesn't match their image.

Even now The Mail Online describes him as a pop idol reject. It just makes me so mad.
