I reckon they're saving Adam for either 5.21 or 5.22

5.19 was great. Good to see Lucifer back in action. Was a little disappoint that the gods were so easy to kill but it was still good to watch. Gabriel dying was a twist I didn't forsee but that doesn't really bother me.

Seems Lucifer was scared of his sword though. Could it be that any archangel sword can kill him?

I found it hilarious how the Gods were all set up like some sort of training event with the name badges and stuff

I finally feel like the season is getting somewhere even if the Gods went down far too easily, the final 3 episodes should be pretty amazing. That Horseman guy at the end though was rather gross :/

I do wonder what Adam#s purpose is going to be? We need an Eve just for comedic value.

Really enjoyed the last episode. I saw Gabriel dying a mile off. I have the sort of feeling they'll get all of the horsemans rings, but that won't be how they actually stop Lucifer.

I think when the whole apocolypse, angels, demons stuff etc. is done i'll be pretty happy. I've missed a lot of the self-contained episodes that are really interesting this year especially. But everything that i've heard about the finale thus far is excellent. A lot of actors are in big praise of it, so i'm looking forward to it. I've read there's a bit of a twist/shock, which i'm really looking forward to. Although i'm not sure that any shock Supernatural will do will beat Dean dying at the end of the 3rd season.

I've read all the season finale spoilers and I don't know what's going to happen.

Someone dies. Talk is it's Adam, Bobby or Castiel. I'm leaning towards Adam because I don't see Bobby ever getting killed off, and Castiel already died at the end of Season 4 so that's a little repeative. Adam however has no real purpose but they've kept his fate a secret.

Are the audience really that invested in Adam though that they'd care if he died? I mean yeah he's nice looking and all but he makes me cringe everytime he speaks. Awful actor imho and he's only appeared in the show twice.

I honestly do think it will be Bobby. Especially as #21's synopsis reads:

Crowley tells Bobby he will give him the location of Death, the fourth horseman, in exchange for his soul. Knowing Sam and Dean need that fourth ring to stop the Apocalypse, Bobby reluctantly agrees. Sam and Dean confront Pestilence, but he unleashes a deadly virus upon them, so Castiel must intervene on their behalf. Dean has a meeting with Death to discuss Lucifer, and an unholy alliance is formed at a very high price for Dean.

I'm leaning towards them as well. Although there is huge speculation that

Bobby is God's vessel. Although that would be huge cheese, if Lucifer and Michael (as Sam and Dean in the vessels) were fighting and God (as Bobby) stopped them. I could actually see that happening though.

The Gods episode was a bit weird. I like that the brothers are finally starting to grow closer again (probably to be torn again soon), but I don't know what to think about Lucifer being able to kill gods of other religions that easily. Is it saying Christianity is superior and more powerful than other religions? Hmmm.

Well the show often gets fan favourites wrong. I remember when Anna died they kept saying it was the death of a fan favourite where as most people thought she was average or hated her.

Honestly I just don't want it to be Cas :(

Well tbh I do a lot of reading around on my favourite shows as I'm a writer myself and the fans of Supernatural don't seem to like ANY woman that's ever been on the show [with the exception of Ellen]. And that's probably because there's a bigger chance she won't get groiny with the brothers  Bless them.

Well Sara Gamble was one of the ones who incorrectly says that some female characters are fan favs. Obviously she's way off.

I could barely concentrate throughout this episode because I kept asking myself why the guy who played Brady looked familiar. Then I remembered he was Whitney from Smallville in Season 1. He sure improved his actings skills.

As for the episode, while it was good, it was kinda filler-ish since nothing really happened, and there's only 2 more episodes to deal with Pestilence, Death, Michael, Lucifer, their brother, and the future of Bobby and Castiel.

Yeah that ep was a bit disappointing cause not a lot actually happened.

I hope they've planned the rest of the season well cause there's still a lot to wrap up.

Well they need this sort of episode. It's basically set it up for the rest of the season. Death and Pesticilence are dealt with next week (pretty sure they'll take out one of them, or both). It's sort of set up how both brothers are willing (and have wanted) to say yes to their respected vessels. I'm pretty sure that's going to happen at some point in the final episode.

Infact i'm sure Sam will say yes, try to take back power, and fail. And either Bobby or Castiel will end up sacraficing themselves. I'm sure God will stop it all, I think he really has to. I'm going to say now, Castiel will die.

I'd rather Bobby died, have stopped liking his character ages ago. Plus Castiel seems way more popular with the fans.

But I think Pestilence should've been delt with this episode, are they really gonna get 2 rings in such a short time? Seems unrealistic.

The problem with Castiel though is... what would he do next year? The apocolypse will be over.

It's a shame one of eithert Bobby or Castiel will die tbh. They've teased Bobby's death for ages though, would be a bit of a shock for them to finally do it.

There's a whole lot of possibilities with Castiel exactly because of that, what will he do next? Maybe having him tag along with the boys, become the new Bobby perhaps as their guide and expert on demons and stuff. Maybe him finally starting a family and living a human life?

Everyone thinks its going to be Castiel or Bobby who dies. But I doubt Kripke is going to have it so obvious.

Personally I think it's going to be Bobby, I don't forsee the angels healing him and whilst stuck in the chair his character is way too limited. I also think Adam will die again in the final ep.

Thank you for clearing that up! I spent the entire episode trying to place him. I even thought it was the dude from Dawson's Creek at one stage .

His acting has certainly improved - to the point that Brady was just down right creepy. I agree that it was a very dull episode in terms of action but with two left I think that it was just 'the calm before the storm'.

Havent seen the latest ep yet.

Was at a SPN con in sydney this weekend. Meet a few of the actors. Misha Collins is awesome and surprisingly Samantha Ferris is brilliant and so funny/entertaining.

I've seen the ep, so spoilers ahead...

I think it's too close to call whose going to die. I guess they could bring back Adam and kill him off for real? But now Castiel is fully human (and can die) and Bobby can walk again, i'm not sure.

Sam's obviously going to say yes. I get the impression that once all this religion stuff is done with, maybe Death will be the big bad next season? I have got that feeling.
