I've a feeling this album's going to completely bomb in the UK tbh. :( It started out so promising with all the info we were getting so early on, but I've just checked the internet archive site and at this stage in 2005 (five days before Amarantine's release), it was #4 on Amazon UK... 37 places higher. :(

Wahey! #3! Release day, it's definitely going to be #1! :cheer:

Hmm, that's bad about the UK. What was Amarantine at this time in the US? Better or worse? Of course, the US just loves Christmas music. Remember Josh Groban's record smashing Christmas album last year? If it's good Christmas music, people absolutely love it. I guess the UK is different?

I think Amarantine was lower in the USA at this time - I reckon And Winter Came will go top three in America! :D

Here's an update...

United Kingdom: #46 (down five)

United States: #2 (up one)

Canada: #3 (non-mover)

Germany: #8 (non-mover)

France: #81 (down eight)

Going well in the USA, Canada and Germany... keeps getting worse though in the UK and France!

Has anybody mentioned that on Amazon, if you pre-order the album now through November 10, you get a free download of the track Miraculum, which is available from Amazon MP3. :o
