Why Me is a classic! :)

Other than that I've not been a huge fan of Irish entries in the 90s and 2000s, but I love Rock n Roll Kids, and of course Dustin.

Dervish had a good song but were appalling on the night, and Brian Kennedy's song grew on me.

As for Mickey Harte, his song was just a rip-off of Fly On The Wings Of Love!

Eimear Quinn's The Voice was my favorite. She is my friend's voice coach, so I gotz her autograph and a letter from her. :wub: ^_^
Dervish - They Can't Stop The Spring is one of my favoourites of all time :heart:
The Voice is my fave there, I still listen to it a lot now :wub:

Let's see:

-> Why Me?*

-> The Voice (one of my all-time favourites)

-> Is Always Over Now?

And then it goes downhill quickly, reaching the nadir of 2007 - when she wouldn't know what a note was if it slapped her upside the face.

Gah, bad memories right there! :cry: The studio version was actually quite good, but when she sang live... it sounded like some form of animal torture... -_-

Voted for the voice but my Ireland faves are all before 1990.

Ireland is my #1 song in this years

1966 - Come back to stay - Dickie Rock

1976 - When - Red Vincent Hurley

1980 - What's another year? - Johnny Logan

1987 - Hold me now - Johnny Logan
