As with every contest, it depends how many countries enter - if it's an odd number, then only the winner will auto-qualify. If it's an even number, then the top two will auto-qualify - although tbh, autoqualifiers have a mild disadvantage, so it would be advantageous to you if there were an odd number of entries :P

I can't see me qualifying but meh, I love this and if one person gives it high points who wouldn't otherwise have known it that's good enough.
